Regina man facing indecent exposure charges

Two incidents last fall, one in early 2023, police say.

REGINA – Three young victims are alleging a 46-year-old Regina man exposed himself in separate incidents.

After an investigation, police have charged Richard Garry Davis with three counts indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age.

The incidents occurred in the Coronation Park area, two back in October, 2022 involving girls aged 11 and 13 around  McMurchy Avenue and Patton Street. A third event happened towards the end of January, 2023 when a 12-year-old girl was walking in the Merlin Crescent area.

"At this time, three separate victims have come forward and all describe similar circumstances," said RPS in a media release. "Each of the victims told police that they were walking home from school when the suspect slowly drove by in his vehicle and exposed himself."

Davis will make a first appearance in Regina Provincial Court on Sept. 19 regarding the charges.

"Investigators believe there could be other victims or witnesses," RPS said. "If you have any information that may assist in this investigation, please contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477."
