Saskatoon police investigate shots fired in 300 Block Avenue C S

SASKATOON - Police are investigating after a firearm was reported to have been discharged Thursday morning.

At around 2:40 a.m. on May 9, police were called to the 300 block of Avenue C South for a report of a discharged firearm. There were no suspects or witnesses at the scene upon police arrival but the continued investigation led officers to locating a single spent cartridge case and a broken pane of glass in the area.

No injuries have been reported as a result of the discharged firearm. Members of the Guns and Gangs Unit are continuing to investigate.
