Saskatoon police investigate stabbing

Officers were able to obtain video evidence and will attempt to identify the female suspect to be charged with aggravated assault, and theft.

Saskatoon police responded to reports of someone being stabbed in the 300 Block of 23rd Street East at about 2:50 p.m. on May 3.

SASKATOON – Saskatoon police responded to reports of someone being stabbed in the 300 Block of 23rd Street East at about 2:50 p.m. on May 3.

When they arrived, officers located the victim with multiple stab wounds. Medavie Health Services West quickly attended and transported the woman to hospital with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived.

After further investigation, officers were able to obtain video evidence and will attempt to identify the female suspect to be charged with aggravated assault, and theft.
