Suspect sought for changing locks, breaking into home in daytime

When the owners returned, they noticed the new locks.

SASKATOON – In broad daylight, a suspect allegedly went to a house where no one was home at the time, changed the locks and broke in on Jan. 31, say Saskatoon Crime Stoppers. When the owners returned, they noticed the new exterior features, and were able to see this suspect on their video surveillance.
