PRINCE ALBERT – Two men charged with accessory in the September 2020 death of Tristan Chaboyer are headed to trial after pleading not guilty.

The trial for Kyle Charles will be held in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Sept. 25, whereas Harley Bear will stand trial in Prince Albert Court of King’s Bench.

Allan James Genereaux , a third person charged with accessory after the fact to murder, was back in Prince Albert Provincial Court on May 8 to enter an election. He is back in court May 17.

Chaboyer was reported missing on Sept. 10, 2020, and his remains were found in a wooded, rural area east of Prince Albert in November 2020.
