Brandon Tremblay is facing several new charges, stemming from an incident on Oct. 27.

Rebel Drilling Ltd. pleaded guilty in Weyburn Provincial Court on Oct. 29, to violating one count under The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.

Upon arrival, officers learned that a domestic dispute had occurred within the residence, resulting in a man striking a woman with a hammer and discharging bear spray in her direction before fleeing the home.

The Canora/Sturgis RCMP were dispatched to a disturbance in the RM of Preeceville. Police attended the scene and learned a woman tried to stab a man with a pair of scissors.

A stolen phone was returned to owner, who declined to proceed with charges.

Collisions occurred east of Estevan and outside of Halbrite.

All four are due back in court on Nov. 18.

Investigation has determined the break-in took place between 8:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. on Nov. 4.

Between June and October of 2024, reports of break and enters into Tim Horton’s were reported to 12 Alberta locations and five Saskatchewan locations.

Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle evaded police.
