In a separate incident, on Oct. 12 at approximately 6:10 p.m., police were called to the westbound lanes of 20th Street for a report of bear spray being discharged on a city bus.

A man from the La Ronge area was arrested and is facing several charges including operation while impaired of a motor vehicle causing death.

At this time, it is believed the suspect and victim are known to one another.
