Weyburn RCMP continues to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP Collision re-constructionist.

Highway 4 was closed, police say.

The youth, who can’t be identified in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act, appeared in Pelican Narrows Circuit Court Aug. 23.

In October 2020, Brandon Cole Brick was sentenced to life in prison with no parole eligibility for 12 years on a second-degree murder charge in the death of James Chaisson in February 2018.

After crashing their stolen vehicle, the two occupants of the vehicle fled on foot but were arrested by a canine unit a short time later.

The privacy commissioner ruled that the SCS could withhold records since the regulations state an individual’s personal information can only be released 25 years after that person is dead. 

The woman is seen wearing a green baseball jersey with an “N” on the front, black shorts, and black Puma shoes. She also has an inner forearm tattoo.

RCMP acted as mediators in three separate disputes in Macklin.
