A man called 911 to report a house fire. There wasn't one. The caller was found to be under the influence of drugs and was arrested for failing to comply with conditions of his parole.

The assault occurred in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue South at around 1:30 p.m. following an altercation with a man unknown to the victim.

Greg Fertuck maintains his innocence in the death and disappearance of his estranged wife, Sheree.

Police have identified a potential suspect in the matter.
