Canora/Sturgis RCMP were dispatched to an assault complaint where a woman struck her mother, threatened to kill her, then pushed her out of a parked vehicle.

Travis Patron had followed and confronted an RCMP officer – who was the Iraqi-born RCMP officer who had testified against Patron at his hate trial – saying, 'Why are you with a Canadian woman?'

Scott Boehr and Kaydence Charles were remanded until their next appearance in court later this month.

The accused has been released on conditions and will make his first court appearance on these charges on Feb. 13.
