39-year old man faces 31 charges after multiple gas meters were damaged in downtown Regina over the weekend.

The man was declared deceased by EMS at the scene.

Henry Kleinsasser isn't in custody. He faces charges of impaired driving causing death, and two counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm.
