Trauma/facilities dog Kane had been ill the past few years, and while handler Donna Blondeau knew something was wrong, it took doctors to confirm that he had spleen ectic cancer that had metastasized throughout his body.

Prince Albert Crime Reduction Team and Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Team arrested Ilonna Josie in the 3200 block of 2nd Avenue West.

Two women and one man are charged.

There were traffic restrictions in the 1000 block of 8th Street East during the investigation.
