On March 17 at approximately 2 a.m., a Battlefords RCMP officer was patrolling on Saulteaux First Nation and attempted a traffic stop.

Shortly after 3 p.m., March 18, 2025, it was reported that a woman was armed with a handgun and unlawfully inside an unoccupied residence in the 1200 block of 15th Street East.

The investigation showed that the affected person's death was the result of an overdose by drugs self-administered during his time in custody. 

Logan Sieben's case has been adjourned once again.

Zachary Christopher Hillis' case was adjourned to April 9.

Over the week, the police received a few complaints of drivers failing to stop for the stop sign arm on the school bus.

Tannis Brideau said she felt that Judge Hendrickson had treated her “very, very fairly” during her trial and in court.

On March 14, Loon Lake RCMP conducted a traffic safety check stop on Island Lake First Nation (also known as Ministikwan).

On March 17 at approximately 8:55 p.m., Kindersley RCMP received a report of a three-vehicle collision on Highway 7, approximately 11 kilometres west of Kindersley.

At approximately 7 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to a drug store in the 2100 block of 8th Street East for a weapons call.
