Sask. Court of Appeal rejects claims of judicial bias and misapprehension of evidence.

The police issued a release warning the public not to approach the suspects who had left the scene in a dark coloured truck and an hour later they reported the suspects had been arrested.

On Jan. 29, RCMP officers from the Prince Albert CRT and La Loche Detachment executed a search warrant at a residence on George Crescent in La Loche in relation to an ongoing drug trafficking investigation.

On Feb. 4, RCMP officers from Prince Albert CRT and Humboldt Detachment executed a search warrant at a home northeast of Humboldt in relation to an ongoing investigation.

The investigation determined an SUV and truck collided.

The First Nation was disputing an agreement in which it surrendered 207 acres of Jackfish Lake waterfront in exchange for 4,970 acres of land near Birch and Helene Lake and $20,000.

Close to $15,000 was stolen from the Neilburg branch of Synergy Credit Union on Jan. 25.
