REGINA - The last few days of minus-30 temperatures have proven to be too much for Regina City Hall.
The city has confirmed that City Hall is closed for the day Monday, due to a burst pipe. The city is attributing the cause of the burst pipe to the effects of the extreme weather.
The closure is impacting all staff and residents. For service, residents can call 306-777-7000.
