Feb. 26 - March 3

RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

A 29-year-old male from Little Pine First Nation was charged with possession of property obtained by crime after Members received a report of an abandoned vehicle.

A 74-year-old male from North Battleford was charged with failure to comply with a probation order after Members received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence.

A 63-year-old male from Poundmaker was charged with failure to comply with undertaking conditions after Members received a request to assist Child and Family Services.

Police received a report of an individual not complying with a probation order. This matter is still under investigation.

A 74-year-old male from North Battleford was charged with failure to comply with a probation order after Members received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence.

RCMP received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence. Members transported the subject of a complaint to cells to remain until sober. 

Members acted as mediators in a dispute between two adults.

Police spoke to an individual regarding a parenting concern. 

A 72-hour roadside suspension was issued during a traffic stop.

A 74-year-old male from North Battleford was charged with failure to comply with a probation order after Members received a request to assist Emergency Medical Services.

An 18-year-old male from Paynton was charged with two counts of assault on a police officer, assault causing bodily harm, assault, uttering threats, resisting peace officer, mischief, operation while prohibited and two counts of failure to comply with probation order during a traffic stop.

RCMP received a complaint of assault but it was unfounded.

Police received a complaint of an intoxicated individual in public. Members transported the subject of a complaint to cells to remain until sober. 

Members received a report of an intoxicated individual knocking on residence doors. The subject of the complaint was located in the care of a family member. No charges were laid.

RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. The subject of the complaint was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Battlefords Union Hospital for assessment.

Police received a complaint of disturbing the peace. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of the complaint.

Members conducted a well-being check at the request of a family friend.

RCMP received a report of a vehicle stuck in the ditch. There were no injuries. The collision was due to poor weather conditions. 

Members received a request to assist Emergency Medical Services with a patient.

Police received a report of another vehicle stuck in the ditch. There were no injuries. The collision was due to poor weather conditions.

RCMP received a complaint of assault with a weapon. This matter is still under investigation.

Members received a request to assist Emergency Medical Services with a patient.

Police received a Child Welfare Act complaint. Members attended the residence with Child and Family Services.

A 29-year-old male from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with failure to comply with a probation order after Members located him breaching a probation order condition.

A 33-year-old male from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with failing to comply with undertaking conditions after Members located him breaching an undertaking condition.

RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. This matter is still under investigation.

There were also two traffic complaints and two false 911 calls.

March 4-10

RCMP received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence. Members attended but the complainant declined to proceed.

Members received a report of a vehicle on fire. The fire was extinguished by Cut Knife Fire Department and was not suspicious.

Police received a complaint of an individual damaging a vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. The subject of the complaint was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Battlefords Union Hospital for assessment.

Members are investigating a complaint of assault.

Police received a request to give a presentation at a school in the detachment area.

RCMP received a report of an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was blocking the roadway and was subsequently towed.

Members are investigating a complaint of an individual failing to comply with a release order condition.

Police received a complaint of an individual failing to comply with an undertaking condition but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members received a report of a vehicle collision with a moose. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

RCMP received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a business. Members transported the subject of complaint to cells to remain until sober.

Members received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence but the victim requested no further action be taken.

RCMP received a request to attend a residence with Child and Family Services.

Members are investigating a complaint of uttering threats. 

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

RCMP received a complaint of breach of peace. Members spoke to the subjects of complaint who were transported to cells to remain until sober.

A 36-year-old female from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with failing to comply with an undertaking condition after Members received a complaint of an individual damaging residential property.

A 32-year-old male from Little Pine First Nation was charged with flight from peace officer, dangerous operation of motor vehicle, resist peace officer, public mischief and impaired operation of a motor vehicle after Members attempted a traffic stop and the vehicle fled from police. A 22-year-old female from Little Pine First Nation was also charged with flight from a peace officer, resisting a peace officer and failing to comply with release order conditions and a 26-year-old male and a 23-year-old female from Little Pine First Nation were both charged with flight from a peace officer and resist peace officer in the same incident.

Members executed an arrest warrant at the request of the Saskatoon Police Service.

RCMP received a report of a single-vehicle collision near Cut Knife. There were no injuries and no charges were laid.

Police received a complaint of uttering threats but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

A 32-year-old male from Little Pine First Nation was charged with breaking, entering and committing and failing to comply with probation order after Members received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence.

RCMP received a complaint of uttering threats but the complainant declined to proceed.

Police received a complaint of harassing communications but the complainant declined to proceed.

There were also five traffic complaints, one false alarm and one false 911 call.
