MEADOW LAKE - A man is facing charges following a reported robbery and collision.
On May 3 at approximately 7 a.m., Meadow Lake RCMP received a report of a robbery on 8 Avenue in Meadow Lake.
At around the same time, Meadow Lake RCMP received a report of a collision on 2 Street West. Investigation determined the stolen vehicle left the roadway, damaged some fencing, then collided with a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported to police. The suspect fled on foot.

- three counts, assault with weapon;
- one count, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose;
- one count, administer noxious thing;
- one count, theft of other motor vehicle;
- one count, operation of a conveyance while impaired;
- one count, operation of a conveyance while over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood;
- one count, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle; and
- two counts, mischief over $5,000.
