Saskatchewan's Chief Medical Health Officer Dr. Saqib Shahab sent out a warning to the Prince Albert area during the province's COVID-19 press availability on Friday.

UPDATE: On July 2, at approximately 4 p.m., Warman RCMP received a missing persons complaint for 23-year old female, Samandeep Jhinger. Warman RCMP immediately began an investigation. Further information was received and on July 3, 2020, at 5:00 a.m.

The Chief Medical Health Officer’s public health order will be amended to expand visitation guidelines to facilities including acute and long-term care, personal care and group home settings starting July 7.

There is one new case of COVID-19 to report on July 3, bringing the provincial total to 796 cases. The new case is in the Far North. Of the 796 reported COVID-19 cases in Saskatchewan, 71 are considered active. A total of 711 people have recovered.

Two men are facing charges following an investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service VICE- Human Trafficking Unit. At approximately 8 p.m., June 29, patrol officers responded to a domestic complaint in the 200 block of Willis Crescent.
