Submitted Canada Post recorded a loss before tax of $66 million in the first quarter of 2020, as continued growth in Parcels revenue and volumes was not enough to offset increased costs.

As of May 24, 2020, Saskatchewan has two new confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the provincial total to 632. The two new cases are in the Far North. Of the 632 reported cases, 87 are considered active.

The town of Battleford is going ahead with the use of drones for the inspection work underneath the old Battleford bridges. Council voted unanimously to authorize Associated Engineering to use Skyreel Aerial Imaging Inc.

A Prince Albert man facing numerous weapons and drug trafficking charges is still trying to get out on bail and remains in custody. Kevin Ackegan, 40, had another show cause hearing on May 20 in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
