Submitted by Saskatchewan RCMP July 10 marked one year since Ashley Morin was last seen in North Battleford. She would be 32 years old.

Canada Day in Maidstone started with a well-attended breakfast at the Legion Hall. The parade, organized by Parade Marshal Bill Foster, was headed up by RCMP Cst. Hoffman. The North of the Gully 4-H Club entered the calves and horses they had raised.

This morning at approximately 4:50 a.m., Kerrobert RCMP were called to a collision scene on Highway 21, approximately one mile north of the Coleville access road. A northbound vehicle entered the east ditch and rolled.

The regular season is done and playoff action is now under way in the North Saskatchewan River Baseball League. The wild card round is already in the books with those two games taking place July 4.

On July 5, at approximately 10:26 p.m., Spiritwood RCMP report they attended the scene of a two-vehicle collision on the intersection of Highway 3 and 12 near Shell Lake.
