Battleford town council is honouring Pride with a newly repainted crosswalk in front of Battleford Town Hall. A ceremony took place Wednesday evening.

This year, say organizers, they are excited to have the Canadian Armed Forces on site and on display. The Canadian Army is the land component of the Canadian Armed Forces, which trains and provide forces to protect and defend Canada.
