This is a topic that I have long pondered about, but have been afraid to write because of my fears of others' reactions. This is a delicate topic.

There will be various partial street closures for pavement patching work from today. 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Each partial closure will not take all day. The times patching will occur on each street will vary.
