Vaccines Reported An additional 6,880 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been given in Saskatchewan, bringing the total number of vaccines administered in the province to 910,322.

From the city of North Battleford: The city of North Battleford is now in the fourth month of our mandatory smart meter installation. The city has installed over 10 per cent of meters throughout the city.

The North Battleford Leisure Services department has released its latest reopening plan for the period June to September 2021. The plan was presented by Director of Leisure Services Cheryl DeNeire at Monday’s city council meeting.

Building permit numbers were up slightly in North Battleford in the month of May. According to the latest report that was presented to North Battleford Council on Monday a total of 13 permits were issued in North Battleford for $1,455,500.

North Battleford is about to add a fourth cab company. At their meeting Monday, city council approved an application from River Side Cab, owned by Mereamo Seru and Yanfeng Sun. They have been granted approval to operate five taxi cabs in the city.

A Prince Albert company pleaded guilty and has to pay $80,000 for an incident where a worker was injured while cleaning conveyer.

An Onion Lake man is headed to trial in January 2022 for charges that were laid two years ago. Ryan Chad Stonechild is charged with break and enter, weapons offences and uttering threats following an incident in Onion Lake on April 14, 2019.
