I usually do not get too excited about the National Basketball Association but the last week has been a week to get excited about. First off you have the Toronto Raptors.

Watching the On Stage Dance Festival in Humboldt this weekend, it was very encouraging to see all the male dancers.

MEYER: Bernice Theresia March 15, 1932 – March 28, 2016 The death of Mrs. Bernice Theresia (nee Reiter) Meyer of Saskatoon, SK, (and formerly of Annaheim, SK), occurred at Royal University Hospital, Saskatoon, on March 28, 2016.

SZAUTNER: Russell Keith April 22, 1949 – April 5, 2016 The death of Mr. Russell Keith Szautner of Humboldt, SK, (and formerly of Muenster, SK), occurred at Humboldt District Hospital on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. He was 66 years of age.

Team Saskatchewan captured the Optimist U18 International Curling Championships in Edmonton on Mar. 30 - Apr. 3.
