BRICKNER: Anthony Anthony Brickner, 85 years of Humboldt passed away at Humboldt District Hospital on December 20, 2015. Tony was born in Colonsay, SK to Jacob and Katharina Brickner.

EBERT: Regina Adeline It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of their beloved mother, Regina Adeline (nee Egger) Ebert on Thursday, December 31, 2015.

Politics is not for everyone. But for city residence, municipal politics has a deep impact on living in Humboldt.

It can be hard some days, but everyone needs to learn to love themselves. This should be everyones new years resolution; self-love and a healthy mental state. First thing is, people do not see the problems with self depreciation.

Jan. 2 marked a big day in the NHL. The NHL announced the captains for their all-star weekend in Nashville on Jan. 30 & 31 and while I agree or at least can understand how three of the captains were voted in, the fourth captain just makes no sense.

TARNOWSKI: Frank Edward November 20, 1932 – December 29, 2015 It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Frank, at the age of 83. He passed away peacefully at home on his farm near Bruno, SK, on Tuesday, December 29, 2015.

HALL: Dorothy Mrs. Dorothy Bertha Hall age 88 passed away at St. Mary’s Villa, Humboldt, and peacefully entered Heaven’s gates on Thursday, December 17th. Dorothy was born in Humboldt, SK on October 26, 1927 to Bernard and Anna Saretsky.

MAGER: Lloyd Christian November 16, 1950 - December 5, 2015 It is with sadness we announce the sudden passing of Mr. Lloyd C. Mager of a heart attack.

A unanimous council decision will see the cost of water in the city be increased as of Jan. 1.
