In his second season, Gray Marr is piling up points and helping the Humboldt Broncos fight for a playoff spot. As of Feb. 2, the Twin Butte, Alta. product led the Broncos with 35 points. The way he plays also helps set the tone for the team.

BLOCK: Erwin Erwin William Block passed away peacefully on December 26, 2014 coincidentally, the same day his wife Verna passed away 25 years earlier. Erv was born on November 27 th , 1930 in Leroy, Saskatchewan.

MUELLER: Glen Hubert March 13, 1949 – January 24, 2015 The passing of Glen Mueller of Humboldt, SK, occurred on Saturday, January 24, 2015, at the age of 65 years. Glen was born on March 13, 1949, in Humboldt, to Ralph and Frances (nee Ilg) Mueller.

The first of many workshops to come was kicked off this weekend with Mel Bolen’s Clay and Glazing workshop, which took place on Jan. 23 and 24. The class was full, the people were enthusiastic, and the results were impressive.
