The bidding has begun – and is building up to a live auction in December. This year’s Festival of Wreaths begins with a silent auction at the Humboldt and District Gallery. Bidding opened on Nov. 15 and will go until the live festival auction on Dec.

We are glad to have Marilyn Stewart home again. She spent a day in Lloydminster Hospital, the rest of her time with her son.

Saturday, Nov. 10, family gathered at the Speers Rec Center for a surprise birthday party to celebrate Marguerite Zunich turning 90 years young. Her birthday is actually Dec. 25, but it was held early so more people could attend.

After a seven month delay, a Punnichy-raised songwriter will perform at the Marysburg Assumption Church. Jeffery Straker has been looking forward to playing at the church ever since he heard about it five years ago.
