UCHS is back from Easter break and the travel club is just now returning to school and eager to tell of their adventures.

Meota News Lorna Pearson Correspondent Contract bridge April 17 in Meota found top score went to Eric Callbeck and second high was Vern Iverson.

If there was ever any doubt as to the enthusiasm put into the annual campaign hosted by UCHS, all one needed to do was head to the gym April 12.

A baby shower was held in the seniors' room on April 22 to honour Ronan Lee, the new son of Dustin and Brittney Tracksell. Head table and gift table were nicely decorated in blue and white cloths, balloons and mini baby bottles filled with candy.

The final school days in April have come and gone and the month of May has arrived. Most of the indoor sports are completed and now the focus will be on track and field training.

MAIDSTONE — Keith Hartman of Lloydminster was to see his mom Jean Hartman and took her for lunch and a drive around town. Jean Hartman went to Lloydminster with her son Gerald to do some shopping.

In early March an eager group of Canadian hikers adventured into the Grand Canyon. The trailhead at Hualpai Hilltop, is an hour and a half north east of Peach Springs, just off of Route 66.
