Sympathy to the Churn family on the passing of Thelma Churn, a former Maidstone resident. She has spent the last few years at the Hemstock building in Lloydminster.

Sympathy to the Stewart families on the passing of David Stewart.

Last Saturday I travelled to North Battleford with Joyce Weston. I spent the afternoon with my sister, Beth Piché.

We enjoyed Tuesday morning coffee at Pine Island Suites. We enjoyed bingo and the visiting.

Tuesday afternoon a number of us joined the walking program at the Drop In Centre. It is really enjoyable as walking outdoors is dangerous because of the ice.

We would like to extend our sympathy to the family of the late Marilyn Smith. Marilyn and Gary resided in one of our apartments. We will miss Marilyn around here. Gary is a resident at Pine Island Lodge.

February is almost gone. The mild weather seems to shorten up the winter.
