This year Eagle Hills 4-H Club has expanded both in the number of members and the number of projects. These increases lead to the club being more aware of the importance of safety. It was decided amongst the members, leaders and parents that everyone that is registered with the club be eligible to take a first aid course.

Feb. 27, the first aid course was held at the Agrivilla. The instructor taught everyone the basic of cuts, breaks and shock. She explained the importance of remaining calm and how to go for help when needed. Everyone learned some important lessons that they will be able to use both in the club and the community, should the need arise.

The club would like to thank both Sears Canada and Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund for Sport, Culture, and Recreation. Your support allowed us to offer this course to everyone eligible at no cost.
