Saturday, Marion Staughton took Jean Stewart, Tillie Linkert, Hazel MacEachern and I to Lloydminster to the Louisiana Hayride at the Vic Juba centre. It was a great evening and the music and singers were terrific. We all enjoyed it very much.
Last Wednesday a number of the apartment ladies enjoyed supper and music by John Sloan at the Suites.
Tuesday morning coffee at the Pine Island Suites was enjoyed by many visiting and playing bingo.
Monday Marion Staughton took daughter Hazel and I to Saskatoon. Hazel went back home and I for an eye appointment. Weather and roads were good. Saskatoon had had a skiff of snow.
Colleen Koski went to Saskatoon for a medical appointment. Everything went well.
Harvest seems to be pretty well done. It's the after harvest work still to be done. The geese are still here, so that seems like a good sign for a longer fall. Happy Halloween everyone.
