The past week's weather featured a very high wind, not much snow and cloudy skies. Temperatures have been below zero for the most part.
Belated 75th birthday greetings to Don Young whose family treated him to a wonderful day which included a party which included friends and neighbours in the celebration.
Murray and Lynn Blyth returned on Nov. 30 from Yuma, Ariz. where they had spent over a month. Their time there was spent golfing, visiting and enjoying the activities in the park where they make their home while in Yuma. There are many Canadians there, many of whom they associate with during their time in Yuma each year.
Carol Service at St. Paul's, Forest Bank will be held Dec. 18 at 2:30 p.m.
There will also be a Christmas Eve service held at the same hour as the carol service.
Gully Gus says, "They say middle age is the time of your life when your leg's buckle and your belt doesn't!"
