EAST CENTRAL — SGI is giving safety tips to the costumed children running from house to house demanding candy this Halloween.

There is no such thing as wasted time. Give a quilter a piece of fabric and their imagination and it is amazing what is created. A good example is the “crazy quilt” class that was held in September.
