Cochin Community Players are back on stage, presenting Squabbles written by Marshall Karpand directed by Roxanne Irvine. Their run at the Cochin Community Hall wraps up Sunday.

It's unique - a class offered at UCHS that offers work in the field, technology techniques, a whole lot of challenges and a weekend of fun while you work.

The end of November means the end of Movember. For many wives and girlfriends this is indeed a celebratory moment.

A group of interested antique gas tractor personnel met at the Western Development Museum in North Battleford Nov. 9. There are a few antique gas tractors that are in need of repairs before they are usable.

Our sympathy to the McMillan family on the passing of Harold McMillan of Lloydminster. Harold was Milt's brother. Milt and Lil attended the funeral in Lloydminster Saturday.

As is everywhere, the snow plows have been busy in the village. If the snowfall continues as it has done so far, the amount of snow around by spring will be something we have not seen for some years. The Yellowhead Ramblers band has been busy.

The H. Hardcastle School Grade 4-6 classes held a mini folk fest Nov. 8 during the afternoon in the gym. All were invited to attend and several judges had a difficult time picking winners for each grade.

The Chapel Gallery is proud to present Songs of Joy and Peace with Steve Palmer Friday, Dec. 7.

The November meeting of the Battleford Hillcrest Seniors welcomed surprise visitors Maurice and his wife of Edam. Corbeil represents the SSAI region. Several topics were brought up.

Eve Ensler's Vagina Monologues will be returning to the Battlefords Feb. 16, the second time the play has been shown here. The play was written by Ensler, based on her interviews with over 200 women.
