LA RONGE — On July 16, La Ronge RCMP received a report of a missing 43-year-old male, Richard Powder.
Powder was last seen on Backlund Street in La Ronge on July 16.
Richard is described as:
- Height: 6 ft 0 in
- Weight: 161 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour and style: medium-length brown hair and mustache
- Last seen wearing: grey sweater, dark blue jeans and tan work boots
Powder is known to travel around the La Ronge area, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
