HUMBOLDT — The winners of the Humboldt and District’s 2020 Mark of Excellence Awards were announced at a live online event.
The event was hosted June 18 by the chamber’s Brent Fitzpatrick and Stefani Block.
“We still wanted to make sure we had the awards handed out and all of the businesses who exhibited excellence in what they do, we want to make sure that they are recognized,” said Fitzpatrick, the executive director.
The original event was set to go on March 18, but due to restrictions the event was postponed, with the chamber waiting to see how long they would be in place.
The winners were:
- Humboldt Journal Citizen of the Year: Nestor Trach
- Humboldt Journal Junior Citizen: Tianna Zimmerman
- Business Hall of Fame inductees, sponsored by ISC: Donald Brockman and Murray Brockman
