ROSETOWN — Rosetown RCMP say more $70,000 worth of stolen property has been seized following a traffic stop Saturday.
Police determined the vehicle stopped was stolen and the three occupants were arrested.
Further investigation by Rosetown RCMP with the assistance of Rosetown Traffic Services led to the execution of two search warrants in Rosetown and one search warrant in Kindersley. The searches yielded a variety of stolen property that police say has been linked to break and enters in the Kindersley, Outlook, Warman and Rosetown areas.
All adult individuals were in court in Saskatoon Monday. A 15-year-old youth from Prince Albert will be appearing in Rosetown court May 10.
Facing a wide array of theft and firearms charges are 24-year-old Brandon Cole Brick, 20-year-old Destiny Lynn Desjarlais and 26-year-old Travis Adrian Fisher, all from Saskatoon. Drug charges have also been laid against Brick and Desjarlais.
Sheldon Nickel, 33, of Rosetown is facing five charges of possession of stolen property valued at more than $5,000.
