There are five new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on September 24, bringing the total to 1,835 reported cases. The new cases are located in the Saskatoon (2), Central West (1), Regina (1) and South Central (1) zones.

A Meadow Lake woman pleaded guilty to weapons offences, robbery, mischief and obstruction of a peace officer. Monica Bouvier, 24, is now scheduled to be sentenced in Meadow Lake Provincial Court on Sept. 28.

Northern Sask. man gets 10 months in prison for drug charges
A Pinehouse Lake man was sent to prison for 10 months on drug-related charges. Gregory Natomagan, 31, was sentenced in La Ronge Provincial Court on Sept. 14. Natomagan was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.
