One is dead and three are injured following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 41 south of Aberdeen Thursday at about 6:15 p.m. Saskatoon RCMP responded and Aberdeen Fire and EMS were already on scene when officers arrived.

A group of band members on Sweetgrass First Nation staged a protest at their band’s administrative office this week over a housing project that went over budget. The protest was by five band members, all women, at the Sweetgrass band office Thursday.

Turtleford RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating a grey 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe with Saskatchewan licence 891 LFR. The vehicle was reported stolen from Edam Jan. 7. Anyone with information is urgec to call 310-RCMP.

John Riley Sanderson, a 32-year-old man who escaped custody while being escorted to a La Ronge courthouse Jan. 2 was arrested Thursday south of Stanley Mission. Stanley Mission RCMP received the report of impaired driving .
