Raise and release program to re-establish pheasants in Battlefords area
The Battlefords Wildlife Federation says it is excited about a new program it is establishing. BWF members are going to be raising and releasing pheasants into the wild with the help of 10 schools. The program will begin with 360 pheasant eggs.

Truck and trailer stolen in Humboldt
HUMBOLDT — A white 2007 Ford F-350 crew cab truck and a 2004 tandem axle Rainbow tilt deck trailer were stolen from a facility in Humboldt. Humboldt RCMP believe the theft took place between April 16 and April 18.
