EAST CENTRAL — At about 1 pm on April 17 a power outage occurred in Tisdale, Melfort, Hudson Bay, Kinistino, St. Louis, St. Brieux, Star City, Tisdale, Weldon, Yellow Creek, Chelan and surrounding rural areas.
