North Battleford RCMP responded to more 30 calls for service between 6 a.m. Friday, Nov. 7 and 6 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8.
RCMP made 10 arrests relating to alcohol offences. Other investigations included five minor disturbances, two false or nuisance 911 calls, two municipal bylaw complaints, one minor traffic collision, and one missing person who was located.
Police are seeking information into the following incidents:
Friday
A vehicle parked on the 1000 block of 108th Street overnight had a side window broken out.
Police responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 16 west near Territorial Drive. Both vehicles sustained significant damage and were towed from scene, no injuries reported. Cause remains under investigation.
Members responded to a 911 call to a residence on the 1300 block of 108th Street at 3:20 p.m. A man is alleged to have assault a woman at the residence then fleeing the area. A 23-year-old man has been charged with assault and mischief under $5,000 and is currently still at large.
A 31-year-old man was arrested and charged with one count of breach of probation after being located highly intoxicated and sleeping on a lawn on 105th Street. He will be remanded into custody and will appear in court Monday.
A white 2006 Ford F250 Super Duty with Saskatchewan licence 892 GJA was reported stolen from the 1400 block of 106th Street sometime before 6 p.m.
A vehicle parked on Trudeau Street was broken into between 11 and 11:45 p.m. Some cash and property reported missing.
Saturday
A 25-year-old woman was arrested and is facing a charge of assault after police were called to a residence on the 800 block of 109th Street at 2:54 a.m. The victim suffered minor injuries during the assault including a bite to his arm. The accused has since been released from custody on numerous conditions and is scheduled to make her first appearance in North Battleford Provincial Court Nov. 20.
A 26-year-old man was arrested shortly after 3 a,m, when members were called to a scene where a male was reported to be assaulting a woman on the 1200 block of 97th Street. The man has been charged with one count of assault and has since been released form custody on numerous conditions and is scheduled to make his first appearance in North Battleford Provincial Court Nov. 20.
