CARROT RIVER — Dylan Borody has been elected to fill the empty seat on Carrot River Council.
The successful candidate received 79 votes during the Oct. 23 byelection, held to replace the council seat vacated by Robin Horn.
There were 198 votes cast. Joe Doerksen received 69 votes while Scott Debienne received 48. Two were spoiled.
