July was an outstanding month for building permits in North Battleford, pushing permits ahead of last year’s overall pace.
According to building permit numbers released by the city, a total of 21 permits were issued for a total value of $1,699,250. That compared to 10 permits for $113,200 a year earlier.
For the month of July, the largest permit values were for two new dwelling permits, issued for $838,000.
For 2018 to date, 79 permits have been issued for $16,296,600, which compares to 75 for $15,989,125 for the same time last year.
