A North Battleford woman is due to return to provincial court next month facing a charge of defrauding Canada Post.
Susan Boyer is charged with intent to defraud Canada Post of cash money exceeding $5,000 by concealing funds obtained by Canada Post contrary to Section 380(1)(a) of the Criminal Code. The indictment stems from activity between Jan. 5, 2011 and Oct. 1, 2015, according to the information obtained by the News-Optimist.
Boyer’s case is scheduled to return to North Battleford provincial court on Oct. 10 at 10 am.
