Charges have been laid in connection to the fatal motor vehicle collision on Hwy 16 near Lloydminster Sept. 22 in which three people were killed.
Maidstone RCMP have laid multiple charges against Brandon Stucka, age 26, of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan.
Stucka is charged with: Criminal Negligence Causing Death,Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm, Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death, Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Bodily Harm, Failure to Stop at the Scene of an Accident, Flight from Police, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, and three counts of Breach of Undertaking.
According to the RCMP, Stucka remains in custody and is due to appear in North Battleford provincial court via closed circuit TV on Thursday, Sept. 28 at 11 a.m. Police say the investigation remains ongoing.
