Battlefords RCMP responded to 40 calls for service/occurrences, including six alarms, between 6 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25 and 6 a.m. Monday, Jan. 27.

Saturday
9:54 a.m. - Report of theft of gas on Highway 16 Bypass. Patrols for vehicle negative. Vehicle later reported to have returned and outstanding bill paid for.
10:12 a.m. - 41-year-old arrested after reports of a disturbance on 107th Street. Intoxicated man located and arrested without incident.
11:52 a.m. - 2005 Blue Dodge Caravan with Saskatchewan License 478 JBZ reported stolen from 112th Street. Suspect has been identified, however he and vehicle have not yet been recovered.
1:33 p.m. - Two-vehicle collision involving a pickup and a semi on Territorial Drive East. No injuries. Minor damage to both vehicles.
3:06 p.m. - Vehicle fire on 101st Street. Fire contained quickly by North Battleford Fire Department, but vehicle sustained significant damage. Appears to have been started by a cigarette.
5:59 p.m. - Report of a man causing problems at a residence on 101st Street. Members attended and kept the peace as subject was packing to move out, reported to have been argumentative and violent.
6:17 p.m. - Intoxicated, unwanted guest reported on 102nd Street. Subject left when police called.
7:24 p.m. - Report of a youth smashing a vehicle up with a frying pan. 13-year-old girl was arrested on scene and is facing a charge of mischief and new allegation of a violation of a conditional discharge order.
10:15 p.m. - Noise/loud party complaint on St. Laurent Drive. Suspects warned.
11:26 p.m. - Attempted theft from a business, reported to be four suspicious males who left area in a white van. Patrols negative.
11:47 p.m. - Vehicle reported stolen from 114th Street. Suspect known to owner. Suspect involved in a collision with the vehicle at approximately 5:30 a.m. and was arrested on scene by members. 29-year-old man facing charges that include impaired driving and driving over .08, taking a vehicle without owner's consent and driving while disqualified. Remanded into custody to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court Monday.
Sunday
2:20 a.m. - Report of an assault with a weapon on 99th Street. Male suspect is alleged to have struck victim in the head with a beer bottle and fled area. Victim transported to hospital and treated for non life-threatening injuries. Possible suspect has been identified. Investigation is ongoing.
2:29 a.m. - Report of a disturbance on Territorial Drive north, group of individuals fighting. Things calmed when members attended, fight appears to have been consensual.
11:18 a.m. - Damage to a hotel room reported, occurring some time overnight.
11:51 a.m. - 53-year-old man arrested for public intoxication after complaint of intoxicated individual(s) on Railway Avenue East.
2:53 p.m. - Suspicious persons, three youth reported to be trespassing through yards on Mackenzie King Crescent. Not located.
2:40 p.m. - Assault reported. Occurred in the early morning hours at a residence on St Laurent Drive. Suspect known to victim.
2:50 p.m. - Mischief to property on St. Laurent Drive. A light bulb broken and fire extinguisher blown off in a business. No suspects identified.
Monday
12:27 a.m. - 49-year-old man arrested and charged with failing to comply with an undertaking, found intoxicated on Railway Avenue East.
1:27 a.m. - Complaint of possible shot fired in area of Dunning Crescent. No additional complaints received and search of area negative.
