Complaint of assault on 101st Street

It was a quiet night for the North Battleford RCMP detachment as they responded to only 11 calls between 6 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1.

It was a quiet night for the North Battleford RCMP detachment as they responded to only 11 calls between 6 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1.

Included in the calls were two false alarms, two traffic investigations/complaints, one missing person complaint and one item lost and/or found.

Tuesday

7:13 a.m. - Complaint of theft of credit cards at an address on Meighen Crescent. Investigation is ongoing.

7:53 a.m. - Complaint of abandoned vehicle by the Don Ross Centre. Vehicle parked legally and registered.

9:25 a.m. - Complaint of assault at an address on 101st Street. Members attended to learn the involved parties were intoxicated and as a result a consensual fight ensued. No injuries and neither wished to proceed with charges.
