Two men charged in connection to a home invasion on Saulteaux First Nation on April 7 will return to court May 27.
Both Jordy Moccasin, 24, and Malcolm Moccasin, 36, appeared before Judge Bruce Bauer on Monday afternoon.
The indication from the Crown is that more disclosure was needed in the case before an election could be made for both individuals. Malcolm Moccasin is also still trying to line up counsel to address charges against him.
The charges faced by the two individuals include assault with a weapon, possession of a prohibited weapon, uttering a threat, pointing a firearm, and operating a motor vehicle while impaired, among others.
