Oct. 28 is set as the next court date in the case against Harry Michael Dekker.
Dekker was charged with one count of sexual assault in connection to an incident last fall.
The new court date was set following the latest proceedings in provincial court in Saskatoon Aug. 22.
It is evident that efforts to seek a possible resolution have been going on. The case is now a mediation matter; a mediator had been brought in after the previous adjournment.
Defence lawyer Mark Brayford requested the adjournment, which was agreed to by the Crown.
A publication ban on the evidence is in effect.
